How To Brush Your Dog’s Teeth

Did you know you are supposed to brush your dog’s teeth? The main problem involved in brushing your dog’s teeth is they have no idea what’s going on. The best idea is to get the dog used to it slowly by doing the front of the teeth, and rewarding them every 3 to 5 seconds just to get them comfortable. Do not use a regular brush or people toothpaste instead use a finger toothbrush and flavored toothpaste for pets. After your pet is comfortable with you brushing the front teeth, move further back through the rest of the mouth each time. Always start in the front and end with a treat. After a while your pet will become used to it and you will be able to brush all the teeth on a regular basis.
